Your liabilities as owner/director when you are the debtor.” Webinar on the 8th of March.Our speaker, Karim Salem, Senior Corporate Associate – Al Dahbashi Gray, will discuss what a creditor should consider doing if a debtor refuses to pay the outstanding fees. Karim will not only discuss ways to avoid or limit bad debt that include contract suspension, contract termination, and liquidated damages, but he will also discuss a suggested legal escalation procedure against the debtor.
